Abstract:

Sci-Hub is a website that provides free access to scientific research articles and books by bypassing publisher paywalls. Sci-Hub does not make an article database publicly available. Instead, Library Genesis indexes files provided by Sci-Hub into a separate database (internally named "scimag"). The Library Genesis "scimag" database indexed 82,513,235 articles as of 2020-07-07. The database consists only of DOI and article metadata and does not contain the articles themselves. Each row of the database represents an entry for a full-text scientific article, uniquely identified by its DOI.
